I’m a manager, mentor and trainer, using my skills to bring out the best in our team.
I come from a strong family history in property development and building. It felt natural to move from my previous role in hospitality, where I was a team leader and workplace trainer, into the real estate sector.
Since commencing my career in 2000 I have been involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential sales, high-level commercial leasing, commercial sales, business brokering and large residential developments.
I have been awarded some of the highest achievements available, including being the number 3 residential salesperson Australia-wide while working for a national franchise. This award led to a role of National Manager for an agency that specialised in house and land packages and property management.
I worked as a Network Manager across 60 offices for the Raine & Horne Group. I trained, mentored, onboarded and celebrated the team’s successes. I also travelled to Fiji to train and mentor the teams in offices there. That was fun!
