See for yourself how the property is being maintained whilst also knowing that we will present your property to a larger market when for lease by catering to those relocating through our virtual inspections.
  • Embracing new technology will mean that you will always have fingertip access and transparency. We’ve designed our technology to make communication as easy as possible. No more waiting for a property manager to get back to you, you can access all updates in real time. Of course, we are always available to chat, however our aim is to make sure you have access to your information when you need it.

From tips to social posts and newsletters, we will provide education around legislation changes, market trends and insights, as well as guidance on how your investment is performing, so you will always be equipped to make the best and most informed decisions about your investment.

At MANA, we take the time to design a marketing campaign focused on achieving the result we have discussed through a proven strategy of targeting the key demographic (who will most likely be interested in the property, families, students, etc), as well as investing in the presentation of the property though upgraded advertising and photography.

What You Can Expect
WHO WILL BE MY PROPERTY MANAGER?
Whilst you will have a dedicated Property Manager as your main point of contact, we also have team of specialised support in Leasing and Field Services.
HOW ARE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS MANAGED?
We will triage and facilitate all maintenance and repair requests for your property. Repairs and maintenance tasks are carried out promptly by our team of reliable, qualified and insured tradespeople to ensure your tenants have a safe and fit home to reside in. Should a repair item be over the agreed maintenance spending limit, we will arrange a quote for your consideration. We believe in taking a proactive approach to property repairs and maintenance is important in saving our clients hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, in emergency repairs should they be left ignored.
