With more than two decades of experience in property management, I’ve navigated every corner of this dynamic industry. My journey began in Darwin in 2001, where I started as an assistant to five property managers and quickly worked my way up through the ranks – from administration to tenancies management, and across various sectors including holiday letting.
My dedication to excellence was recognised early in my career when I was named REINT Rookie of the Year and Trainee of the Year in 2003. This foundation of success continued as I was honoured as Runner Up Property Manager of The Year in 2004, before claiming the prestigious Property Manager of The Year award in 2010.
I transitioned from hospitality, bringing with me a fresh perspective and an eagerness to learn. No two days in this industry are ever the same, and that’s what drives me. My career has been a tapestry of roles – managing properties, holiday letting on Hamilton Island, and even stepping briefly into different industries before returning to the field I love.
What matters most is helping families find their sanctuary or supporting a young couple starting out. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I bring a proactive and empathetic approach to my work, ensuring that both property owners and tenants feel supported and valued.
My passion for property management continued to earn recognition as I was named a Finalist for LPMA Property Manager of The Year in 2017. Most recently, I was deeply honoured to receive the John Ownsett Perpetual Trophy Award in 2022 – a truly humbling achievement that reflects my commitment to excellence in this field.
My background has taught me the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. I’ve developed a versatile skill set that allows me to approach property management with creativity and precision. I’m passionate about creating seamless experiences, communicating clearly, and going above and beyond for both property owners and tenants.
