My journey in the Byron Shire real estate market began in 2003 when I founded Red Rose Realty in Byron Bay, swiftly establishing a strong market presence in a competitive landscape. Before settling in Byron, I honed my expertise through diverse international experience—becoming a member of the prestigious Ray White Million Dollar Club in Brisbane at just 28, managing properties in California, navigating timeshare sales in Portugal, and even running a pub in London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus. Each role enriched my understanding of people, property, and place, shaping the dynamic approach I bring to real estate today.

Transparency and integrity define my work. I was the first agent in our region to conduct auctions without phantom bidders, pioneering ethical practices that remain central to my approach. Clients trust me to deliver honest advice and authentic service.

Community is at the core of everything I do. Since the early 2000s, I have committed 20% of my net profits from property sales to support both local and global humanitarian initiatives. One of my proudest achievements is funding six wells in Ethiopia, providing clean water to thousands. This work serves as a powerful reminder that success is meant to be shared and its impact can reach far beyond our immediate community.
