I’ve been providing property solutions for the Northern Rivers and Tweed Community for nearly 10 years, having relocated from Sydney in 2014, and last year I stepped out of a franchise to launch my own real estate agency brand. I love this part of the world and feel very connected to the community.
My experience in the industry is extensive, from estate development and planning, residential sales, home and land, retail leasing and commercial. My true passion for real estate and property began when I worked with the team developing Harrington Park and Harrington Grove, one of the largest residential community developments at Camden, New South Wales.
The 856ha master-planned Estate in south-west Sydney wasn’t just about selling a block of land and developing another housing estate – it was about helping to set up a community. It was an inspiring model, and it sparked my passion for wanting to help people find their ultimate lifestyle.
And this is where I differentiate from other real estate professionals. I don’t see my clients as ‘three bedrooms, one bath, two car’, I see them as people that I can help, whether it’s finding their forever home or providing advice about which direction to go. I’m not afraid to have the challenging conversations if I know it will benefit my client.
I have a strong network locally, nationally and internationally. I am often referred to vendors from previous clients and have many repeat clients. I walk with my clients every step of the way through the property journey – sharing the milestones, standing beside them with pre-auction jitters and celebrating the wins. It’s the best part!
